Symbiont Named a 2019 Top Workplace by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
Symbiont has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture. In this survey, our employees described Symbiont as innovative, progressive, supportive, and collaborative.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results.”
“As President, I take my employees’ personal fulfillment seriously.” Tom Bachman said of the award. “I want Symbiont to be a place where all staff can discover and pursue their passions. For example, I know a lot of our people really care about the environment and it shines in their work. This shapes the direction of our company and inspires our employees and clients to form teams that achieve amazing results.”
The survey helps Symbiont to become better as an employer and as a service provider to our clients, and we appreciate all the candid comments. We are comitted to applying the results of our employee satisfaction program based on feedback from efforts like this survey and focus group meetings.
